The Jungfernstieg is Hamburg’s most beautiful shopping street. The waterfront of the Alster lake creates a special atmosphere. It is one of the most frequented places in the city to shop and stroll.
Its renovation removed the architectural disorder which emerged in the last decades. Restrained lighting maintains the view on the water.
The illuminated fascades create a frame around the basin. Each facade is illuminated in a differentiated light. The city as well as the shops benefit from the new selectiv lighting.
