Interview: WORK | Kitchen Stories

“Crisp green vegetables, juicy red tomatoes, silvery fish – the eye eats with you, they say. Really fresh food also looks appetizing on the worktop or kitchen island, as long as the light at the kitchen workstation is right. If the lighting is wrong, the colors become undefined and muddy, it is difficult to see fine bones, you make shadows for yourself or any kitchen magic evaporates in the bright neon light. The right lighting in the kitchen is a – sometimes neglected – art.”

Ulrike Brandi talks to Peter Würth for WORK Kitchen Stories magazine about how to bring the perfect light into the kitchen.
